Banks, credit unions, IMBs and brokerages bring me in when they want their loan officers and account executives producing more without waiting on rates to cooperate.
I spent 24 years in the mortgage business as an originator, wholesale and correspondent account executive, and national sales manager before founding Kairos Sales Group. Now I train mortgage and banking professionals on prospecting, objection handling, referral partner strategy, and leadership through workshops, boot camps, webinars, and keynotes.
My philosophy is simple: build a self-generated, market-proof business. The market gives you no excuses, only opportunities.
If your team needs to sharpen its sales edge, call or text me at 478-357-4441 or email skip@kairossalesgroup.com.
And if you read this far and none of that applies, I am always up for talking Star Wars, sports, LEGO or history!
